home!  These beautiful units feature large outdoor decks, gas grills, indoor fireplaces, cathedral ceilings, loft bedrooms, entertainment centers, whirlpool tubs, spacious living rooms, modern kitchens and much more!
The 160-slip marina accommodates vessels to 40 feet, full hook-up docks are available.
The docking season commences on May 1st and expires on October 15th, annually.

Owners with trailers can launch their boats at no charge and larger boat owners will need to make arrangements for in/out this season.
The lake levels change daily depending on wind and weather conditions. We just measured 3+ feet of water in the channel on a calm day, and at this time the lake is reported to be up about 8 inches.
