FIELD & STREAM MAGAZINE RENEWS FLW
OUTDOORS SPONSORSHIP
MINNEAPOLIS (June 26, 2003) — Proving once again the sports-marketing
value of an FLW Outdoors sponsorship, Field & Stream magazine has signed
on as a committed partner through the 2006 competitive fishing season.
Field & Stream magazine, the premier outdoor
publication, joined the FLW Outdoors sponsorship team for the 2003 season
and has realized the benefits. As an FLW Outdoors sponsor, Field &
Stream magazine is featured in multiple media formats maintained by FLW
Outdoors, targeting the 55 million anglers fishing in America today. Exposure
includes airtime on the “FLW Outdoors” television program that broadcasts
to 65 million Outdoor Life Network subscribers, ad space in FLW Outdoors
Magazine, prominence on FLWOutdoors.com, participation at the Family Fun
Zone, signage at tournaments, and inclusion in promotional and public relations
material.
Tom Ott, group publisher of Field & Stream magazine,
said: “This sponsorship is a really good fit for us. FLW Outdoors offers
tournament fishing to anglers of all skill levels, which reaches a wide
range of outdoor enthusiasts. FLW Outdoors also puts a great emphasis on
